I worked as a teachers assistant for two writing classes while attending classes at the University and tutored many student on writing (essays, poetry and fiction) and analyzing literature. I love the promotion of learning inside or outside the class. Even though I am a graduate, I have learned to adapt and keep studying what I love while working toward a career of my own. Passing on this philosophy is important, and providing additional tools to you students is an accomplishment one should relish. I have travelled and taken University courses in six different countries. I took the old SATs, before they had the essay portion, and scored a 1280. Which was respectable for its time, and I scored two 4's and a 3 on my A.P. tests. Though, I have since learned that tests are not people testing you, it's you testing yourself, which is something I wish I would have learned earlier.
